I am dedicated to helping you realize your potential through health and fitness. No matter what your fitness goals may be, or your current health status, I will tailor a program to meet your needs. My priority is to achieve results in a safe and fun environment, while empowering you to take control of your own health.

 

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I specialize in weight loss, muscle growth, sports specific training, core stabilization, and the correction of muscle imbalances, which result from daily activities.

 

I understand what it takes to change your body. I struggled with body issues and self confidence after gaining almost 50lbs with both of my 2 pregnancies.  I wasn't sure I would ever get my body back in shape.  But with hard work and dedication I was able to get into better shape than I was even before I had my kids.

I am confident that I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals, too.

            NUTRITION

 

Whether you want to lose weight or simply have a better quality of life, proper nutrition is vital.

Diets do not work and skipping meals makes you more likely to overeat at your next meal.

 

Nutrition advice includes:

Menu planning, body composition analysis, family feeding dynamics and pre/post exercise meal timing.
