I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I specialize in weight loss, muscle growth, sports specific training, core stabilization, and the correction of muscle imbalances, which result from daily activities.
I understand what it takes to change your body. I struggled with body issues and self confidence after gaining almost 50lbs with both of my 2 pregnancies. I wasn't sure I would ever get my body back in shape. But with hard work and dedication I was able to get into better shape than I was even before I had my kids.
